Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Maybe I am not giving them a chance since I have only ordered here only once. However, I would never order there again based on the food that I received there on 9/14/2015. The food was extremely greasy and horribly salty. I placed my order with shrimp and there was only a couple in there but over loaded with onions. The service was very friendly and I received my order in 10 to 15 minutes after walking in placing it. A complete waste of my money as I cannot eat it. Threw it out.

We are semi new to the Alsip area and so we decided to give this place a try based on the Yelp reviews.... Bad choice!! I ordered and was told 20 minutes, showed up 20 minutes later and still had to wait another 10 minutes. Ordered Lg. Mongolian beef, it had 1 piece of beef to 20 onions. There was barely any meat in the container. Lg. Chicken fried rice, rice was OK, but chicken was very dry and scarce. Sweet and Sour Chicken was good and so were the egg rolls. I have definitely had much better and next time I will drive the extra couple blocks to eat somewhere else.

I didn't think there was such a thing as bad Chinese food, until today... The egg rolls taste like hamster food (I've never actually tasted hampster food, but I know what it smells like, and it smells and tastes like Wing's egg rolls). The Chicken War Mein isn't much better and my husband's chow mein was fatty and "gross". A very dissapointing meal; we will not order from here again.

This place is awful I tried only because I seen some positive reviews. I ordered the orange chicken and some egg rolls. The egg rolls were old and stale. The orange chicken was hard like card board. I will rather drive some where else to get chinese food.

I got sick and tired of driving to 56 and Pulaski to China tea for my Chinese food. So I decided to try this place out. Food is reasonably priced they pack it full! Which is always a positive thing. Service was super fast and friendly. My order was: -orange chicken: was not too impressed with it, it was good but nothing special. -sweet and sour chicken-was really good (the sauce mixed with orange chicken tasted delicious) the chicken wasn't dry -chicken fried rice: delicious! Rice wasn't burnt or dry chicken was nice and juicy!

They were very polite and fast considering I went there 20 minutes before closing. Got the Singapore noodles and steamed dumplings. Huge portions and just the right kick with the noodles.

This is one of the best places for Chinese in the area. I've been to Chi Tung, I don't see what the big deal is about it. Sesame Inn is better, but much more expensive. First, I'd like to say that the lady that takes our order is pretty good with English, we don't have to repeat ourselves 5 times. Wing's has amazing lunch specials, and after lunch hours if you add a dollar or two you can still order them. They come in a takeout box with the main compartment filled with what you ordered, and the rest filled to the top with chicken fried rice, and you get an egg roll. At lunch time it's about $5! Definitely cheap, but so much better than most. Their beef is nice and tender, not the stringy tough crap most places have, and the rice is moist, just thought I'd mention that because I've had really dry fried rice from other places, and because, for me, "moist" is a running joke. They're also good with special orders. They have veggie egg rolls and don't charge extra for them if you don't like shrimp, and I always order my food extra spicy, and they make it so! There's plenty of Chinese places with lunch specials like these, but this is the first to have quality beef, and consistent food.

Been a while since I've gone back and this place is still awesome! Price is cheap and you get tons of food. I still cannot get over their Singapore rice noodles...soo good! I can usually only get that dish in Chinatown, which is a bit of a drive from the neighborhood. The food is delicious and prices are great, what more can you ask for?

It's nice to have great chinese take out close to home. My husband loves the mongolian beef, he can't order it from anywhere else now. I recommend the mandarin beef or shrimp. Great food, great value!
